Taleem Mentorship bridges that gap. We connect community learners — immigrants, women re-entering the workforce, young adults figuring out their careers — with Triangle-area professionals who volunteer just 2 hours a month to share their experience, open doors, and provide the kind of guidance that changes lives.
Fill out a short application. We match you with a mentor based on your goals, industry interest, and background.
Meet your mentor for 2 hours each month — in person, over Zoom, or at a coffee shop. Whatever works for both of you.
Work on real goals: updating your resume, preparing for interviews, exploring career options, or starting a small business.
Your mentor introduces you to their professional network. One connection leads to another — doors start opening.
